We’re not another AI company
And we’re not trying to be one. A lot of household-name tech companies today are selling software to other software companies. Don’t get us wrong: that’s important and impactful work, work we’ve done ourselves previously — but it’s not what we do here at Percepta.
The world is at an inflection point to determine if AI will actually help fix what’s broken. We’re taking on some of the most persistent challenges of the last 50 years in the industries that affect all of our lives, and we think we’ve got a generational shot. Our multidisciplinary approach blends cutting-edge research, product, and engineering in equal measure. And through our relationship with General Catalyst, we can actually implement solutions at the most impactful altitudes.
On any given week, you’ll find us onsite at hospitals in Ohio, shadowing everyone from nurses to doctors to the patient bed transporters wheeling people back and forth in the ER. We’re sitting down with mission-driven leaders, trying to make value-based care for Medicaid and Medicare patients sustainable for the first time. We’re partnering with Anthropic and state leaders in Maryland to speed up access to SNAP benefits and other forms of government assistance. We’re helping Janus Henderson Investors modernize asset management across hundreds of billions of dollars in capital. Or we’re applying advanced modeling techniques to optimize complex supply chain problems for global businesses. We partner deeply with the people we’re building for, and that’s our superpower. It keeps us grounded in the reality of the systems today and our dreams for tomorrow.
All of this is equal parts terrifying and exhilarating. Our confidence is not rooted in unfounded hubris or saviorism, but in an intimate understanding of the systems at work and what can be possible with the technology we’re building.
